Add CloudSticks deployment script without PM2 dependency

- Created deploy-cloudsticks.sh for CloudSticks environment
- Works with systemd, PM2, or direct node execution
- Added CLOUDSTICKS_DEPLOY.md with specific instructions
- Handles case where PM2 is not installed
