Replace all Chinese comments with English equivalents while preserving:
- Technical meaning and Linus-style direct tone
- Code structure and functionality
- User-facing text in UI components
Backend files cleaned:
- All utils/ TypeScript files
- Database routes and operations
- System architecture comments
- Field encryption documentation
All backend code now uses consistent English comments.
